The local Women's Guide expects a flower-arranging talk, but when the lecturer fails to arrive they decide to put their time to good use. A hamper is produced in which are a number of masks and cloaks and other props. Making use of these, and concealed by the masks, they proceed to improvise a melodrama. But melodrama suddenly turns to real-life drama when one of the company is stabbed by what is supposed to be a property dagger. Behind which mask was the killer hidden?
